5th Grade Fitness Groups

Throughout the year, our fifth grade students have created workout plans to help them improve either their cardiovascular endurance or their muscular strength and endurance. Recently, we have introduced our White Oak workout room to add another layer to their workout plans. Each time the fifth grade students come to PE, they perform their workouts for the first twenty minutes of class. Students are encouraged to increase their sets and reps to help them reach their goals.
